Caught off guard by that kiss--not just in a public place like the elevator but in a crowded room where they already have more than a little attention--Tetsuo blushes brightly, and grins even brighter. He's really not sure how he could be any happier than he is with her nestling close to him, showering him with such affection and intimacy right in front of both her friends and total strangers. It doesn't really take psychometry for it to be obvious how buoyant she makes him feel, even the hushed, faintly airy tone of his voice giving him away.

"Sh-..Shiho... y'really like spoilin' me, huh..?"

He squeezes her hand and gently encourages her to keep as close to him as she likes as they step and sway together, unhurried. That doesn't stop him kissing her tenderly as well, though, lidded eyes watching hers.
