Completely absorbed in Shiho's flirting and kisses and closeness, Tetsuo blinks and startles a little at Kagari's interruption, straightening up at attention. He blinks and laughs bashfully though when Shiho not only doesn't stop, but clings to him even more intimately, leaving him giddy with a burst of affection. He could fall for her all over again when she does something like that, not only being a rebel but putting their relationship on display with no sign of hesitation or interest in anyone thinking she should do different.

"Ee-... eheheh, yeah, sorry man, my dance card's full."

He has no idea what a dance card actually is but it's something he's heard before, and it seems fitting since he's literally dancing with Shiho, and he's definitely 100% all hers no matter who else is also there. Kagari barely gets a glance with that comment before his eyes are back on Shiho's again, admiring how cheerfully unrepentant she is and holding her close.

"...I ain't bein' a bad influence, am I?"

That to Shiho, since she had more experience with this kind of thing, although it's at least half-teasing about his being the Delinquent Biker Bad Boy, and he clearly doesn't feel very bad about it either way. Mischievous as she is, he kind of likes the idea he can still be a little bit of a bad influence, at least from an authority figure point of view.
